Travel Planning - Seaplane Edition! : I have wanted to ride in a seaplane since I was about 4, since there used to be a seaplane dock in my home town. (posted Jan 5, 6:19pm)

Book Lists : I do keep a list of what I read. In fact, I go beyond that and keep a journal where I write reviews / commentary on every book I read. I do that mostly because it forces me to think about what I read. (posted Jan 2, 7:32am)

F.L.I.P. : Back in high school, my mother conned me into playing rehearsal piano for the sisterhood show at our synagogue. The show was called something like "F.L.I.P. Goes to Mars" where the abbreviation stood for "Fascinating Ladies of Island Park." (posted Dec 29, 5:48am)

The Ghosts of San Francisco : Best of Holidailies That shabby corner where I boarded a hippie bus to actually see something of what was in between the coasts is respectably gentrified now. A Holidailies Introduction : My retirement plan involves New England, with a condo in Punta del Este, Uruguay for the 4 months of the year that New England is uninhabitable.
